I LOVE this! Everyone does need a coach. I agree wholeheartedly because I see in the work that I do with clients who have never had coaching before the tremendous amount of growth they can achieve in a short period of time in working with me. Before they made the choice to hire someone to hold them accountable, it was easier for them to let things slide, but when they make the choice to invest in their business by hiring a coach, they have a much greater tendency to follow through.

This commitment doesn't have to do with the fact that I am a genius (although that may be part of the reason ;) but more to do with the fact that when someone verbally sets an intention with someone else, they have a greater investment in making it happen. The percentages above prove this beautifully. Thanks Alicia!

Love this Alicia! I would still be working in a law firm tethered to my desk and hating it if not for a coach. And I've ALWAYS had at least one since.

Curious as to how many people were considered in this research project.
