Renowned Yoga Expert Nicole DeAvilla to Launch Book at the 2nd Annual San Francisco Book Launch

Nicole DeAvilla, California based yoga expert and teacher, has released her first book, The 2-Minute Yoga Solution. In celebration of the launch she will be hosting a Tweet chat on Twitter prior at 11 am PST, answering questions from the audience. The hastag #Yoga4Moms will be used for the discussion.

The 2 Minute Yoga Solution is DeAvilla’s sum of real-life practitioners and scientific research. It details how the use of brief yoga techniques performed regularly can give lasting pain and stress relief as opposed to longer routines done less frequently. Continue reading here.

    There are many different styles of yoga so I’m not really sure what would be categorized under “normal yoga”.  If you are looking for physical results I would recommend trying ashtanga, power vinyasa or Bikram yoga.  They are all very physically demanding….

    I love power vinyasa yoga – my favorite – but often I don’t have 1:30 minutes to practice. Two Minute Yoga gets me centered right away.
